Call Guardian, a landline call blocking service. Calls will be screened and scored by the Call Guardian and, if the source/calling number is flagged with a low enough score, it will be automatically blocked. If the score is negative, but not low enough to be blocked, the caller ID will be changed to “Potential Spam”. Effective, May 1, 2024 – All CusterTel landline customers are automatically enroll our customers for this service, but you can opt-out if you are concerned about possibly missing wanted calls.
