Remote Call Forward (RCF) a stand-alone service that allows incoming calls to be forwarded to another local or long distance telephone number. With the RCF feature, all calls to a telephone number are always forwarded to a remote directory number. An actual telephone line is not installed. The directory number and the forwarded to number must be set up in the Central Office.
