Cooperative visits

Yesterday I got to hang out with some of the best people I know at two of our fellow Telecom Cooperatives in Idaho. Our friends over at Project Mutual Telephone Cooperative in Rupert hosted me yesterday morning. We discussed some new software they are going to be using and I was able to share our experiences with them so their transition goes smoothly. They care deeply about serving their Members, just like us! Then I hopped on the freeway for a short commute over to Filer Idaho where I connected with my friends at TruLeap Technologies. They are innovating their business model to expand the services they offer far beyond phone service and high speed internet. It’s very exciting and a great example for us to look to as we evolve our Cooperatives to meet the needs of our Members far into the future.

Thanks to Brent and Bob for being such great leaders in your organizations and taking the time to allow me to come be a part of all the wonderful things you are doing. Your teams were so gracious and took the time to show me around. As a former central office tech you know I was very excited to check out your equipment. I knew it would be great, but I was very impressed. You both have top notch staff taking care of your world class fast and redundant equipment. If any of your Members read this post I want them to know that they are in very good hands.

CusterTel is proud to stand alongside these two great teams as we keep our communities connected!
