Patronage for All

During Custer Telephone Cooperative’s Annual Membership meeting held in Challis on March 26th the Members approved an important Amendment to our Bylaws. The newly updated Bylaws created a new Class of Membership that allows all of our customers in the Salmon area to become non-voting Members of the Cooperative. This means that all of our subscribers in the Salmon area will now start receiving patronage allocations based on the services they purchase from CusterTel. We are excited to begin returning patronage back to the Salmon area folks that support our business through purchasing services from our Cooperative.  This transition will be a primary focus of ours during 2025 and more information and educational resources will be made available as our team moves forward. We are very excited that everyone we serve in Central Idaho will be Members of our local Cooperative that is focused on providing the best communications and services to our friends and neighbors in Challis, Salmon, and the surrounding areas.   ~JD Bennetts, CusterTel CEO
