Call Forwarding Busy

Call Forwarding Busy allows a Subscriber to have all calls (incoming or intragroup) forwarded to a predetermined alternate number when the called number is busy. The alternate number can be any dialable number. If the alternate location is not a local call, the Subscriber will be billed for each call forwarded.

The Customer can turn this feature off and on as needed.

To activate this service dial *90 you will hear a double beep and then dial tone. When dial tone returns enter the number that you want your line forwarded to just as you would if you were dialing the number to call. There will be a moment of silence and then if the number is good you will hear another double beep.

To deactivate the service dial *91 you will hear a double beep. The service is now off.
