Call Recording

The business group admin or user of choice has the ability to record calls on individual business group lines. Via a web interface the user can customize settings to allow other users to also listen to calls or manage these calls. This service also gives the ability for the user to listen in on live calls. Calls can be downloaded for permanent storage to a personal computer from the web interface provided to the user. It is up to the user to maintain their own backups of their personal storage.
