- 50% of the service usage is required to be within the CusterTel Wireless Network.
- Customers will receive a 7 day return period that will apply to all new service agreements and equipment purchases
- WAP/MMS service overages will be billed at a rate of $2.00 per megabyte for feature phone or $15.00 per gigabyte for smartphone
- E911, State, Federal Taxes and regulatory fees apply. All taxes and fees will be included in customer’s billing statement as part of the payment requirement. Taxes and Fees may vary and change from time to time. CusterTel Wireless will assess tax and fee charges in accordance with regulatory guidelines
- Digital, E911 compatible phone is required on all rate plans
- 411 Directory Assistance will be charged at a rate of $1.25 per call
